To make credit card payments in multiples of $10
1. Type the name of program in the text box provided.
2. Enter your email id. We will send webinar link to this email id.
3. Enter your phone number. If we need to contact you in case of any issues, we will call you at this number.
4. Click on Pay Now button. You will be taken to the secured payment gateway of PayPal.
5. In that page, type the Quantity. (Example: Quantity as 3 for $30, Quantity as 15 for $150 and so on.
6. Click on Update Totals button. It will show the correct amount.
7. Provide your credit card details and make payment.
8. Once payment is made successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.
9. Forward that email to webinargold@softsmith.com
i) If you have net banking facility you can transfer the payment to the HDFC Current Account Number 05742320000031 (Cust ID 25417386) of Softsmith Infotech Pvt Ltd., with Kodambakkam Branch, Chennai and send the transaction slip thru email to us webinargold@softsmith.com.
ii) If you do not have net banking facility, but have HDFC Bank in your local area , you can remit the same by cash/cheque to our HDFC Current Account Number 05742320000031 (Cust ID 25417386) of Softsmith Infotech Pvt Ltd, Chennai. Please mention your Name and Place, in the remittance Challan when you submit to the Bank and inform the Teller in the Bank to record the same in the transaction.
Send an email to us to webinargold@softsmith.com, mentioning the date and time of remittance and the mode of remittance whether cash/cheque; if paid by cheque, mention the cheque number , date of the cheque and the bank name.
DO NOT SEND ANY CHEQUE TO OUR OFFICE. IT MUST BE REMITTED ONLY TO HDFC BANK IN YOUR LOCAL AREA.
iii) If options i) & ii) are not there, please purchase a DD payable at Chennai on any bankers and send to us at the following address. The DD should be accompanied by your name,address and email id and sent to:

How to attend webinars?
1. On your browser, turn OFF any pop-up blockers. In Internet Explorer, under tools menu, you can see Pop-up Blocker. Click on Turn OFF.
2. If you use FireFox, under Tools menu, Options sub menu, Content Tab, UNCHECK the Block Pop Up Windows check box.
3. On your browser, enable install on demand. In Internet Explorer, under tools menu, Internet Options, Advanced Tab, CHECK the Enable Install On Demand (Other) check box.
4. If you use FireFox, under Tools menu, Options sub menu, Content Tab, CHECK the Enable JavaScript check box.
5. When you click on register link, it will ask you to enter name, email details. Provide the same and register.
6. You will get an email with a special unique link for you to attend the webinar.
7. On the date of webinar at the time of a webinar that you want to attend, stay connected to internet.
8. Click on the special unique link given to you after registering.
9. For the very first time, it will download a small program. If system prompts to download and run the same, allow it to download and run.
10. Once it is installed on your PC, you will see our screen and you will hear our voice.
11. Make sure your headset is connected. Speakers are ON and volume is set to highest.
12. There is no actual place you need to come and attend the webinars. This is a web based teaching.
